What we Do
Luminext is a private Dutch company, active in the market for control- and management technology of public lighting. We develop, sell, implement and manage:
- Management, Control and Workflow software for public lighting
Our customers are municipalities, provinces, central governments and commercial companies (including port authorities and heavy industry). Luminext is an independent player and market leading in the field of software to manage and control (smart) public lighting. Luminext is ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified

Our Mission
Light ensures safety on the streets but also uses a lot of our precious energy in the process. In addition, our skies are becoming increasingly brighter at night due to the increase in artificial light. Artificial light at night has a major negative impact on the well-being of people, plants and animals. Luminext wants to make a positive contribution to the worldwide reduction of unnecessary light nuisance/pollution in outdoor areas. We want everyone (people, plants and animals) to be able to enjoy a clear starry sky again.
Our Vision
We develop, sell, implement and manage software solutions to optimally manage and control (smart) public lighting installations.

We do this by integrating all relevant work processes, software systems, communication technolgies, external data sources, IoT/smart systems and functionality in one central public lighting cockpit. Based on this, the public lighting activities are carried out as effectively and efficiently as possible.
