With Luminizer we offer our customers a central cockpit for the management and control of the entire lighting infrastructure. No jungle of software packages or Excel lists, but one user-friendly application for all relevant lighting related processes! Depending on your wishes, the individual modules can be flexibly switched on or off and configured to your specific needs.
1. Asset Management
With Luminizer Asset Management, all unconnected and connected lighting objects in the area are managed. In the office or on the road, the manager always has all asset information available and decides what is entered in the database.
In regions where the power cables make part of the installation and are included in the responsibilities of the lighting manager, our GRID module can be used for managing the cable grid, easily drawing, amending importing and exporting cable locations and features.


2. Maintenance Management
Luminizer Maintenance for workflow simplifies the operations processes of public lighting. This module offers all tools for efficient management of pro-active and reactive maintenance projects. This Ops toolbox is used by managers and field engineers, keeping all informed on the actual status of workorders, saving time and money.
3. Module Connect & Control
Remotely control the light intensity of the outdoor lighting with Luminizer Connect & Control. Dimming saves energy and reduces light nuisance. When more light is needed for safety, the light level can be increased using calendars, programming or direct overrides for which a dedicated emergency panel is available to security services.
Connections to external data sources enable active light management based on traffic intensity, weather conditions or other triggers.


4. GRID
When the public lighting installation is powered by its own power cables, the entire lighting installation, from power supply cabinet to light source, falls under the responsibility of the manager. The GRID module makes it possible to manage this entire installation, including switch cabinets, cables, pipes, masts and luminaires, as one coherent system.
It is certainly not a replacement for a Geographic Information System (GIS), but it does contain the most relevant tasks for a public lighting professional without the complexity of a GIS. By realizing a connection with the GIS, you keep all information completely up-to-date.
5. Dashboarding & Reports
Improve decision making with clear, up-to-date data across your entire lighting area. Luminizer offers practical dashboards and clear reports to make it easier for you to measure KPI’s and report these into your organization. And our dashboards and reports look good too!


6. Webportal for Fault Reporting
Residents prefer safe, well-maintained and well-lit streets. When a resident detects a malfunctioning light, he expects a simple tool to report this online. This facilitates quick repairs and happy residants.
Luminizer provides an integrated web portal which can be made available on the municipal website or elsewhere. Residents can use the web portal to file online fault reports and to check the progress of the repair.
